I’ve had an on-off attitude to this so far. More recently its been off. I’m hoping to get myself into good routines once my life has settled back down again but right now my life is completely crazy!
On the other hand, I have been getting fitter. Eating better and drinking less fizzy drinks and more water which I never thought I would.
So I think I hope to pick up with this a little later in the year but in the mean time I’m making my excuses and using them all up!

So I’ve been attempting to get my body into some sort of decent shape but I’ve been quite lazy recently, despite getting myself into a good routiene all of that was undone with just one late night.
Really need to pull my finger out!

Spent ages working on a design, then realised it looked like it came from 2002! So scrapped it for something much much simpler and nicer and something which will be done within days.
