Going running pretty much every other day now and keeping it up so far.
I have been pretty dam fit in the past and I remember how great it makes you feel and I want those feelings back.
Since a goal should be specific my goal of “fit” is to loose my extra padding and get back onto my full old running route again. I then want to start building my upper body again but thats probably another goal.

After going though two other instructors I finally met the guy who passed me.
The other two times I ran out of money and time respectively however the instructor makes a real difference.
Get someone who knows what they are talking about but who is also assertive and confident and doesn’t put stupid stickers on the windows and they will fill you with confidence.

While I still have loads to learn and probably always will I now use vim as my main editor so I have archived the goal I set myself here. Now just need to remember to keep learning!
