I walk on a semi-regular basis, and occasionally I lift dumbbells. But I know I should a) keep track of what I do, and b) keep a consistent schedule. If I can make it a habit, part of my morning routine, then I can pull it off. I think.

... as a skilled migrant and plan to move sometime this year. I go between feeling exhilarated and apprehensive. The plan is to start living in Auckland, and eventually go back to school. Some people think I’m crazy, but I finally realized that you’re only young once.
