A goal of particular importance

I have had days where I know I have nothing planned (Saturday, for example) and even though I usually set TWO alternating alarms, I will get up three or four hours later than what I set them for… and realize I either a) slept through them for hours or b) turned them off IN MY SLEEP. I used to apologize to my roommate because I would have to set my alarm half an hour ahead of hers for the SAME class because my sleepy morning mind would keep hitting the alarm a number of times before it registered it was the the very last minute to get up in time.
