I've been quit for one year today!

I quit one year ago today. You can do it. I smoked my ass off for years and just stopped—Lobelia extract helped a lot.
The main thing, I found, was that this time I didn’t leave myself any wiggle room: No more smokes after a few drinks, no more ever, period. And it’s been one year without ANY ciggies at all.
Looking forward to a lot more years without ‘em, too.
Oddly enough I love kissing girls who have just smoked. Yum.

I give up. IE sucks, but it’s going to be with us forever. At this point it’d be harder to eradicate than smallpox.
