the sun is shining again....

I’m feeling a lot better than I was a couple of days ago – I met a friend yesterday and we ran for more than an hour (planning to go running with her more often), and while I was completely and utterly drained afterwards, I felt good about talking to someone, and also just seeing that losing weight doesn’t have to be a pain, and can be quite enjoyable…

Having skipped weight training yesterday I did it this morning after my 35 minute run in the forest right after school, and I’m feeling a lot better about things at the moment…

Things are slowly looking good, and I’m feeling thin, healthy and I’ve noticed that even in the 5 days I’ve been sticking to my program I’ve become quite a bit fitter – In 2 days a whole week has already passed!

I’m feeling terrible today – I did my 35 minutes, and I’m sticking to my diet, but I’m feeling demotivated, sad, weak, sick and close-to depressed…

Hopefully just something related to low blood sugar or so, but whatever it is, it’s a crappy feeling, and all I want is this day to be over…

Things outside the weightloss domain just seem to be going wrong – at least that’s the way I see it in my current (compromised) state…

I’m planning to go bungee jumping off the “Europabrücke” in Tyrol between my written and oral finale exams (i.e. around the middle of May).
