I gave up for a while. Even though those little emails would come in reminding me that I was supposed to be losing weight. I now weigh what I weighed when I gave birth to both of my children. That has made me ashamed. My husband still says he thinks I look great and I love him even more for that…but…I need to get the weight off. Back to Demandfitness. 2 days in a row I’ve worked out…1 day of step and 1 day of balance ball. I want my clothes to fit again!!!!

...and unfortunately back to where I started. However, I am more motivated. Funny how uncomfortably tight jeans will do that to you. Actually, I am more enthused about exercising. I bought a fitness ball and have begun using it. My muscles may hate me now, but they’ll be thanking me later!!! Good luck to me (I need to be my biggest cheerleader!)
I’ve decided with the imminent holidays to put this goasl on hold. Too many temptations and not enough willpower. I think I would be more successful in just keeping off the 5 pounds rather than trying to lose more right now. I’ll pick up again in January!
