I have always been fit and healthy. I began working in a restaurant and well… you can only imagine! During this year i also stopped going to the gym. So i started to hit the gym and well my old routine wasn’t doing it anymore. I tried to push myself but it was very hard. My gym had a special on a personal trainer. I started checking out different trainers during their training sessions. I found one that was beasting all his clients and in fear signed up with him. It hurt, i cried, i yelled and screamed but i lost 10 pounds and keep losing. I worked out with him for 1 month and of course have been back to my old healthy diet.

How I did it: I read the book by Allen carr "the easy way to quit smoking" It was the only thing to ever work with me. I made the whole process so much easier. I have tried over 4 times to quit before. I have not touched a cigarette or even wanted one for over a year now! Evenmore, I am repulsed by cigarettes now! Read how I did it…
How I did it: I maintained a healthy diet but didn't overstretch myself. I did it over a 1 year period and included two 3-week detox sessions whereby i eliminated everything from my diet except for fruits, veggies, pulses, beans and un-salted nuts! I am back to my normal eating habits. To see some of what I ate/eat check out my food blog: http://www.dirtykitchensecrets.com/ Blessings and good luck x Read how I did it…
I have been tracking and writing down my recipes. I usually just get into the kitchen, and create based on my mood. People love coming over because they are excited to eat my food. So I figured i would start saving these recipes with the aim of one day publishing my own cookbook! I am unemployed at the mo. and really working towards it.
