stopping eating processed food is one of the best things I’ve ever done! I have a lot more energy and don’t go to food for emotional support very often anymore…and I haven’t gotten sick since I started doing this which has been about 4 months now!

How I did it: I looked up recipes online and tried them...got more into healthy foods and had to cook more myself to know what was in things since I had some different food sensitivities. I made dinners at night and then had a bunch of pyrex containers to put the leftovers in (since I'm usually cooking for one) and then brought them to work the next day... Learning one thing at a time and then mixing and matching...and now hopefully i met the 150 chara… Read how I did it…
I ran my first race last weekend: a half marathon. I ‘d definitely recommend doing it! ...but I would probably say its better to work up to it by doing a 5k or a 10k and then the halfie half. It was quite a long “first” thing to do but it was fun! And we were able to bring ipods and such so I distracted myself with an awesome playlist. It was also a supersmall group: only about 35 people so it was obvious I was a beginner…but it feels good to have accomplished a goal and work toward better fitness!
im done!!!
skin isnt exactly 100% perfect…but wayyy better than before. a lot better. and it was kindof hellish but now im done!!
