Start doing crunches every day
I started 4 years ago

I (re)started doing crunches every day today. I did this variety where you use a deck of cards and make every suit a different exercise (I used hearts = pushups, diamonds = crunches, spades = bicycle crunches, and clubs = flutter kicks) and then go through the deck of cards doing the number on each card. Face cards are ten and aces are 15. You end up doing 99 of everything, and you get a bit tired…but I’m off to a good start!



Visit the Grand Canyon
I did this 4 years ago

It was a beautiful location. But my family only went for a day trip so we couldn’t hike down the canyon. Which meant that once we got there, there wasn’t much to actually do. But I’m still glad I can say I’ve been there.
