hosting an Usborne book party. I want to do 4 shows and 1 bookfair or Reach For The Stars a month. There are so few consultants in my area. I know I can do this.

How I did it: My brother was visiting me at college( this was more than 20 years ago.) He had brought his juggling balls along. I stayed up all night in the hallway of my dorm and kept at it. I am asking more questions. but I feel like I am still talking too much about myself. One thing that has been great is I am introducing myself to more people and remembering their names.
today I weigh 181.4. I ahve been doing the realage begginer 20 minute workout everymorning and sticking to my real oat meal breakfast every day. Trying to keep my daily calorie intake below 2000 and eat fish twice a week.
realage reccomends focusing on waist size and not wieght because belly fat is the most dangerous.
My belly started 6 days ago at 37” today it is 35”!
