worked on the things i have written below in the last 4 months, I never did paint anything( except my cupboard :D). so I am still not sure i want to do something like that.
but job wise.. its time to go back in a week, i hate it as ever, and I have to go. I cant accept myself as a house wife. god! show me the way! god! show me the way!

read history of witchcraft – some principles are similar to pranic healing. salt water for clensing, insense for clensing etc.
reading astral projection. for astral projection, u need to enter trance like state, this is opposite of meditation which requires full awareness.

along with meditation, at all times I want to be aware of my feeling, my reaction to the feelings, the analyais of the feelings done by the mind etc etc.
