Now that i am not in my own place i have a new filing system to keep track of my different credit cards, student loans, car payments and pay stubs from two different jobs. I also started keeping digital records of my pay stubs which were available online, just have to ask your employer. I feel like keeping them digitally makes me more ecologically responsible.

How I did it: I made my car payment my priority. As soon as i was able I would put what I had toward my car payment! Often I would have to budget with my other monthly expenses to make sure there was enough and sometimes sacrifice a new pair of jeans i thought i needed or the super cute shoes. I also took the care to make sure my car would be running by the time i paid it off, and hopefully i will soon have my car in better condition than when i bought… Read how I did it…
How I did it: 1.go to your local blood bank and tell them you want to donate. 2. you fill out a survey about your health and other health related questions3.answer all questions honestly, you're donating to help other people, so you don't want to get anyone else sick because of you. Even though they do test all blood before it is used for someone else.4. they will look over your questions, take a small sample from the finger to test your iron or someth… Read how I did it…
It took me much longer than anticipated, but i did it! I got my A.A. in interior studies. I still want to do more and get a bachelors or masters. However, i have yet to have the means or know what in.
I am amidst a study that started with 5 weeks of a support group that first 2 weeks was setting up for success and halfway through we all quit on our own date within a week or two. The study provided Habitrol patches along with the support. We made plans around our diffrent triggers and how we would deal with them. For example, in my car i now have lifesavers pep-o-mint to nom on instead of the habit of lighting up. Or at night instead of a cigarette i have been indulging in greek yogurt and fruit. The image depicts me at 2 weeks and so excited. Slipping is to be expected, and i have a couple times. Understanding that it is a learning opportunity to make a plan of how to deal with the situation the next time. So excited to be a non-smoker!
