I have severe back pain and have had bronchitis for over a month now. A friend told me the other day that I need to take a total rest, just do nothing, for 7-10 days. I am not totally convinced that that’s going to do the trick, but it does sound nice I must say. Problem is that there’s no-one who can take over my work when I’m off, so I end up doing it myself when I get back…..and the prospect of that is enough to make anyone ill! So I either have to get my boss to figure out a way of someone else taking over for a week….or I can’t do it, and I’ll just soldier on. Any thoughts?

How I did it: Do all kids eventually forget their parents? I did eventually call them both this week, and felt much better for it! I can only imagine how hard it must be, especially for a mother, never to hear from her child, but somehow this knowledge alone d… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I left the country! No contact, and a hundred other things to do, and loads of people around me. All my focus shifted, and now that I'm home again, I don't feel this urge to see him or heartache. And my husband is wonderful and gorgeous. Read how I did it…
How I did it: looked for some advice on the internet, and found some really simple memory tools. Applied them immediately to the next person I met, and the next and the next, and suddenly I realised I haven't forgotten a name in the last 2 weeks. Read how I did it…

and I haven’t done it yet. Always either don’t have the money, forget, or go to the place and find it closed. Have the number of the lady but haven’t called her yet.
I’m so frustrated – my last guarantor signed and I thought everything wax finished. Then I heard nothing from the bank, so today went to see what had happened. They told me the guarantors have to come AGAIN to sign something else! This will be the third time I bring them and it’s getting embarrassing…..I’m on the point of giving up on this.
