I usually go jogging outside around 6pm and living in Miami, FL its really hot at that time, but that’s okay, the profuse sweating makes me feel like I’m losing more weight. Anyways, long story short yesterday we ate out so I didn’t get a chance to exercise I ate a huge salad with chicken and then we we got back I decided to run my treadmill although it was 11pm I didn’t care. I’m so happy I made myself do that, I feel accomplished and determined. Yay me!!
so to respond to all of you in one shot. I’m not sure if I’ve gained muscle, but sorry I did panic. Thanks for bringing me back down. I do know that muscles weighs more than fat, but I figured that I would have lost some weight. Last time I weighed myself I was 142 now I’m 145, and my natural weight is 105, so one would think I would’ve at least gone down some lbs.
I have been drinking A LOT of water. I don’t even drink diet coke anymore, which was pretty hard to let go of, but I’ve gotten so used to water that soft drinks or juice just don’t quench my thirst. I’m gonna stick to weighing myself anymore for another two months like Edina said. I think that’s the best choice, this way I don’t feel in any way discouraged. I’m gonna get back on the horse again, I won’t quite. Today I’m going out for my daily jog and love every step. Thanks for being there for me.
