this is going to be really difficult, cause im the queen of impulsive shopping! but i want to put some extra effort into this. i’ll start with food – good logistics/organisation is the key here, cause sometimes i buy food that goes bad before i get round to preparing it. i’ll try not to do this from now.



Get my weight consistently under 60kg.
almost there! 3 weeks ago

and i havent even begun yet. but somehow im at 61, so it cant be that difficult to get there from here :)

but funnily enough, i know that it has a lot to do with getting up early in my case. if i oversleep, ive got no time to do my hair and i feel terrible all day. so getting up when the alarm goes off is going to be my first step.
