i gained 75 lbs after an accident i kept it on for 3 years and with in 6 months i have gotten down to 195lbs . I was a size 22 the biggest i have ever been in my life and now i can fit a size 16 (or 18 when im not in denial lol!!)i am tring to go to the 165 mark (i used to be 150 which looked unhealty on me)
