How I did it: I had been in a 'don't want to do anything' state of mind for a while, and my house had suffered, so I signed for all the emails (tons!) and started doing them. It took me a couple of weeks and my house started looking good again. I have slowly reverted back to just cleaning the way I always did, and am going to stop all those tons of emails, but it motivated me when I needed it. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I found the 'formula' that worked for me! After that it was super simple. I decided that I would fill my plate 1/4 full of protein, 1/4 full of carbs, and 1/2 full of vegetables.
