How I did it: I think it got to the point where i thought they looked really gross. thats what made me really try for the first time to stop biting them.I have tried a lot of times, using different things, like nail polish that tastes bad or bright polish to remind me. but they never worked.i just had to really hate how they looked and really wanted to stop. they look a lot nicer now.
