I'm doing 31 things
Well, until we qualify for mortgage, me and my bf are going to lease to buy and OLD FIREHOUSE! How cool is that?
We’re going to use one of the floors to build our home business.
Unfortunately, I can’t live at this house til we’re married. But it should be ok, since we’re planning on doing it next year. My boyfriend will live there for now and I will put in my share of money until we’re qualified for the mortgage.
I want to hurry up and be engaged so I can start planning all this out loud. My mom would not have it if she knew I was helping him pay for leasing right now.
But we’ve been together 6 years at the end of this month! So I’m comfortable with it. I just want to hurry up and get married already!
But either way, we’re 25. And now is the right time for a house. I waste all my money, so at least now I can put it to good use! Also, we can get our business started and hopefully i can go part time at my job.. or even leave it altogether! Gotta be patient.
