ok, so I found out if I have the right cook book and just think of it as a science experiment, the presto I have yummy food. I can make a homemade rum cake, some Indian food, some greek foods, some soups, lots of chicken stuff
well I joined weight watchers at work with some co-works and have already lost 35, but I have about 90 more to go.
