Enough said!
So I am quite organized! It’s not hard when you have a reason.
At least I can say I’ve laughed my lungs out in an open field . . . alone! It feels wickedly good.
I have expanded my vocabulary, and it should be a lifelong habit for me, constantly reading as I am.
I had several lucid dreams, actually. Since I’ve ceased writing in a journal, I haven’t had any more. I would like to take that up again. Anyway, I had the dreams, but my goal now is to be able to bring myself to a lucid state.
It’s natural; I’m getting better and can juggle for longer and longer periods with 3 balls.
I now read an actual book/able to hold publication more than reading/browsing on the computer.
It’s now natural for me to start a conversation to others or compliment. I am comfortable with me and I love people.
This is amazing! Why would anything use anything else? I’ve been making concoctions, and I have seen the results: brilliant.
It’s a continuous smile, visible when in public, perhaps invisible when by myself, but it’s always there.

I am now volunteering with an equestrian therapy organization. The time I spend there is a time most rewarding in my life. I want to do it more often. It makes me value my life even more and encourages me to avoid petty problems that I face.

I have been able to faithfully walk her everyday since my starting point. It’s fun and I get to talk to nice neighbors more often. My 14 year old dog is now taking me on longer walks. I think she’s gaining endurance; it seems like everyday she takes me a little further. She seems to love me even more. I’m so glad I’m doing this and plan to continue.
The moment I create I goal I should start being rather than set a timeline.
