Still haven't got my Learners!

I’ve been putting this off for a long time now..making excuses such as that there’s been no time because of school/uni, and every so often when a transport problem arises, I think to myself “I wish I had my driver’s licence”.
Another reason I want to get it is because I don’t have any ID when I’m out to prove that I’m overage, been a great inconvenience.
