How I did it: I belong to a great gym that offers tons of different classes for free (or $1 per class). I got really into a spinning class and even bought the special shoes as a way to motivate myself to go. Spinning is tough and I sometimes hate being in the class, but it is 45 min and I'm done for the day. Plus, I feel so great and fit when I leave. Read how I did it…
How I did it: First I put my alarm clock on the other side of the room. Now I have to physically get out of the bed to turn it off, which helps prevent me from crawling back under the covers. I also set the alarms on my phone to go off every 10 min for a half hour before my alarm clock goes off. Another trick is to set your alarm for the same time every day, even weekends.
