How I did it: I've been trying to make Hollandaise for a couple of years now, and have even roped my friend Richard into helping me. This morning, we invited some friends over for brunch and I attempted eggs benedict. I freaked out when I realized I forgot to take the eggs for the sauce out of the fridge when I went to bed last night.
