Doin' it

My diet is high in fiber, I cut out the fried stuff and practically have eliminated fast food. I run almost every day and work out quite a bit. This is an ongoing goal because there are times where I slack and crave “bad” things like pies!

Colorado

I went in Colorado for the first time last Feb. With the economy, it is looking for unlikely for this yr but maybe I could eek out a few bucks and make it to the mountains. If the situation presents itself I will go.
