to getting to my goal weight of 163. I think this step is going to be a little bit harder. I’m noticing my appetite increasing a lot with the miles I’ve added to my running. I’m not so worried if it takes an extra week to reach this goal.

People tell me...

...that once you give up soda for a while you’ll detest the taste of it. I’ve found the opposite to be true. I just like it all the more. So, I’ve decided that I’m still going to enjoy it, but in moderation.

The scale said 167.0 this morning. My weight tends to fluctuate between morning and evening, but I think I’m about ready to call this one done!
