How I did it: I was really mad about something, so I just sat down and thought about every little thing that makes me mad. It was a little harder than I thought, but it made me realize how stupid some of the things are that I get mad over. It was a great way to let out my anger, though, and it was actually pretty fun. How I did it: At first, I kept a lot of my emotions bottled up, which is about one of the worst things you can do. It took a huge break down for me to finally decide that I needed help. I began seeing a therapist and taking anti-depressants.
