was a joke… I didn’t start watching what I was eating or exercising!
So, here we go again… I started Weight Watcher, again, and my starting weight is 192.2. I was surprised because I honestly thought I was around the 200 mark. So I know I need to lose at least 30lbs. but I’m just going to go for the first 20.
I CAN AND WILL DO IT!
This time I have a bit more motivation… I want to have another baby next year (or whenever it happens) and I can not start off overweight again. I had a lot of issues being on the verge of gestational diabetes that I don’t want to deal with that again.
