How I did it: My husband and I actually had been 'taste testing' friends and family's recipes for over a year. My niece married into a Mexican family and when we were over for their gift opening, her mother-in-law had a big pot of salsa. I WAS AWESOME!! I asked my niece to get the recipe and I made it... my first batch wasn't hot enough for my husband but I think I have it figured out now! Read how I did it…
How I did it: I used cook books and tried new things... sometimes I would try more than one recipe a month and then I could skip a month but still have something to fill in. I'm glad that I did it because I've found a lot of really good recipes that both my hubby and I enjoy... Read how I did it…

was a joke… I didn’t start watching what I was eating or exercising!
So, here we go again… I started Weight Watcher, again, and my starting weight is 192.2. I was surprised because I honestly thought I was around the 200 mark. So I know I need to lose at least 30lbs. but I’m just going to go for the first 20.
I CAN AND WILL DO IT!
This time I have a bit more motivation… I want to have another baby next year (or whenever it happens) and I can not start off overweight again. I had a lot of issues being on the verge of gestational diabetes that I don’t want to deal with that again.
