learn to drive a manual car

Long ago... 9 months ago

...in a land far far away (North Dakota), I made my first try at driving truck (technically not a car) with a manual transmission. It had to be one of the most bizarre things I have ever done. It worked flawlessly the first time.

I guess I chalked that up to an overactive imagination when I was growing up, dreaming of racing cars. :-P

Read the Bible

NIV done 9 months ago

I finished reading through a student version of the NIV bible a year or so ago. I had started when I was in college, and had more of an interest in it.

Somehow, when I was done, it did not seem like such a big deal. I have since started on reading different versions.

There are cards and such out there, what to read when, on a daily or weekly basis, that will give you a timeline to how long it will take to read the whole thing.
