How I did it: I donated a dollar or more later to the Miracle Children's Network, and I donated some money to a local no kill animal shelter. You can also donate something in someone's name to honor them. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I looked up CPR courses online and found some that were being taught in my city. I made sure that it didn't interfere with my work schedule and that I could afford it. Then I went to the class. I completed a test and my certificates will be mailed to me. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I did most of my homework and read from the text forthe first half of the course. I paid attention usually to what the instructor was saying. I kept my attendance levels high and tried not to be late to class. I met all of the school's requirements for passing methods. Read how I did it…

It got hard last night. Then it got way harder this morning. Still tempted and wondering if I’m going through a rough patch right now. Trying to make it to Day 40, then 65, then 100 etc.
I used to feel very capable of doing certain things. I was a student for five years, and then in the Airforce for a few months. I realized that I was really like a child, even though I am 24 years old. I don’t want to get a job and people see how truly uncapable I am and how much I don’t know. I don’t want to get a job and fail at it, just so people can talk about me behind my back and how badly I failed at something. Nothing really matters to me anymore.
