mom made fun of me for having this disorder and she said that I was crazy. She kept laughing and laughing.

eat healthier
It's not 11 months ago

It’s not about eating LESS, it’s about eating MORE. Eating MORE healthier foods!!!! My Sunday school teacher told me about how she ate real meals for two weeks and lost ten pounds. I am slowly coming to the realization that I can no longer afford to put JUNK in my body, and my body magically stay skinny, like when I was younger. I am now a young adult, who, when she puts junk in her body, it shows!!! I can no longer just “work it off,” because I am not as active as I used to be. Plus, more weight makes exercise harder on the body, and more weight comes from eating junk food. So I am going to do the full approach-not just exercise, but exercise AND healthy eating.

Hmmmm 11 months ago

I’m going to remove this from my list of goals, BECAUSE I don’t think that it is really about eating less, it’s about eating MORE of the right foods. Some people never feel full. This is okay, but instead of constantly eating chips or some other junk food, I need to eat more vegetables and fruits. You can have as many vegetables as you want!!!! It’s mostly water!!!! Fruit, on the other hand, might make you sick after four servings, but you get the picture. My Sunday school teacher put this idea in my head of constantly eating veggies if I am hungry. If I make this my goal, to eat healthy foods whenever I am hungry, I think I will end up eating less, because I will eventually get sick of eating all of that healthy food!!!! LOL!!!!!!!!!
