I’m in country where all the bright and educated were eliminated – true. There were only about 200 people with a university education left when the KR regime finished its grisly business. Now every day I’m confronted by instances of idiocy that defy logic. But they’re mostly unimportant things, and as they say ” a man’s only as big as the things that annoy him”. But after six years living in Asia I just can’t get over people constantly blasting their car horns for any or no reason.

I’ve been living in Cambodia where for the price of an average meal back home, I can (and do) take home a 20-something firm-bodied cutie. It seems to something that only time and growing out of it can cure.
63 now and after over a year riding around on a motorbike instead of walking (which I love), I’ve gained more and more around the belly. The beer probably doesn’t help but I thought I was eating more wisely these days, I am, but it hasn’t made any difference.
