...three or four times a week now for a few months. I usually go during my lunch hour after bolting my food at my desk. (I work at a small college that has locker rooms and showers and a fitness center. Nice!) And I can get 30-40 minutes of actual workout time in during that lunch hour. I’m doing pretty well; trying to get a five mile run in at least once a week. So far this week, I skipped yesterday, but did 3.5 miles today. I should be able to get a run in at least three more times this week.
I’m thinking about working up to a 5 mile race that they have here in town every Father’s Day. I’ve never run in a race before, but my wife and son have been encouraging me to enter this one. Maybe…
