still pluggin away at it.... 7 months ago

Got the lot mostly done, cleared, dozed and partly filled. Have a great guy coming with his tools of the trade to check it out and see if we can build on it or it needs more work. We paid for everything so far, next steps may require more creative financing :) Biggest questions so far, do we build or put up a yurt?

roof came off of lanai to allow for the dozer, to arrive this week. tree guy to finish tommrow. now how to pay them….
