210 lbs – 60 lbs = 150 lbs
Need to start:- walking
- drinking more water
- stretching
- running
- eat half my meal at restaurants
I’ve already got the running shoes, I just got to use them.
Need to quit:- drinking coffee (messes up the blood sugar)
- drinking soda
- eating sugar
- eating candy
- overeating
