Not modivated.Guys at gym taking up room at rack I was going to use. Low energy from not eating since lunch. Revise plan to bing food if I have to go after work vs. during the day. Legs way sore from just the hip bridges and bird dogs yesterday. Did mobility today just to make sure that the mobility from yesterday wasnt the cause. Really felt hamstrings right below my butt when doing walking lunges today.

5 mins incline walking
5 mins mobility
5 mins HIIT
5 mins slow walking.
