I eat it as often as I can.

Find a really good place (ask around), don’t worry about the money (it’s expensive) and have a feast. My tips, stay away from the sea urchin (tastes like boogers) but don’t miss the sweet shrimp, eel or tuna.

OK, so it’s been a year since I decided to do this and I haven’t been successful. So last week I recommitted to this goal. I wrote three this week, so that’s a good start.
