After a gap of 10 years I decided that my life wouldn’t be complete without owning a motorbike. Since the days when I rode my XJ600 I looked up with envy the 1000+cc bikes. Now I’ve taken the plunge and got one! I don’t get to pick it up for another week or so but I really am excited!

I’m normally a very calm person, but there are some things that really get on my nerves.
I know intellectually that by observing the moments and trigger of your anger you can start to identify the root cause(s) or in other words your insecurities. Anger is after all borne out of fear.
My own first step is readjusting my self-image; I’m not really a calm person that I tell myself I am. I have a fair amount of repressed anger that explodes like a volcano every once in a while. I need to see it for what it is, acknowledge it, then open negotiations with it.
This is really technical (not).
I got a piece of paper, folded it up, put it in my back pocket so that when I have an idea I scribble it down. I find it useful for recording ideas that I can blog and keeping a to-do list. Just checked – I have three things left to do.
