If I were a volcano, I would erupt every other second because I just can’t seem to control my temper! I have very low tolerance, especially with people I care for most. It hurts me that I hurt them. :(

I’m not a born-athlete, never will be. The thought of going through any kind of exercise regime scares me. Nevertheless, I gave pilates a shot. Initially, it was a struggle for me—I lacked discipline, which only made the whole process more painful and unbearable. But eventually I did catch on, with help from my instructor and other exercise buddies.
Never in my life would I ever expect to be in such good shape. I feel that I have more energy and I’ve even built strong muscles. It has changed the way I live my life. Try pilates, you won’t regret it.
