don’t want to or have time to do this anyway. the pool is great for the kids but no good for swimming as exercise.

How I did it: set my alarm for 5.30 am so i could walk them before getting the kids ready for school. walked them during the day on the weekend with my kids on bikes and husband to help. i've only been going for 2 weeks but it's been a mental shift in that i need to do it for them and me (so that they're more manageable and better behaved). it's making it a priority and the other benefits are to my fitness and mental health (… Read how I did it…
i can’t eat it because of the revulsion that i feel thinking about the misinformation that we in the western world are being fed about the benefits of dairy!!! i’m reading “the china study” and am horrified about the detrimental effect that eating and drinking dairy could be having on my family and i. remind me to keep being disgusted!!
blimey, can’t believe it’s a whole year on since i tried and failed at this but then there’s been summer and another season of big brother to keep me hooked…yet here i am again realising that i hate watching tv. i just do it because it’s there and because i can but i’ve been doing a heap of research (to strengthen my resolve) and i’m gonna do it this time…i even have my husband on side (except for the occasional weekend international sport ) and some movies as rewards.
