yesterday night my throat and inner ear hurt so bad… its a pounding kind of pain and its very annoying when its inside your ears and make you dizzy or at least lightheaded and unable to do your things at all… i sat up from my sleep and began to cry nonstop then i took advil then continued to cry but this morning the muscles seem to work better than before (ie recovered) so ive been able to speak a little louder

wow i cant believe i bought those cookies and chocolate yesterday by the amount that i could have used to buy a pack of meat to cook for a meal

since i had this thing with my jaw my speaking has been unintelligible… its embarrassing and it causes problems communicating… i need to practice speaking clearly again
