zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. 5am wake up but it doesn’t help when I sleep at midnight. haha. well, i must do what i must do!



eat less sugar

cut out the sugar in my coffee and sweets…. with everything else going on—cant say it helped TOO much…
