best advice…think of it as a lifestyle change and not a temporary fix…be mindful of your eating habits and the triggers that make you fall off the wagon…if you do fall off get right back on…get yourself moving in whatever way you can even if it’s just a little bit to start…and whatever you do, DON’T GIVE UP!!!

it was beach week….just graduated high school…met a cute guy the night before…we stayed up all night talking right there at the water’s edge and ended up watching the sunrise…dated him for a few weeks and then it just kind of faded away like all summer romances do….
best thing to do when you need a radical change…worked for me but it was more work for me than long hair so i grew mine back out…like it better long….
