Definitely worth doing. Once you start it just flows out of you. It’s fun to use paper and glue and paint and string – make books, cards, anything. Just go with it!



switch from coffee to green tea

Tastes so much better than coffee because there is no chance of that bitter aftertaste in the back of your throat. And it’s healthier! I still have the occassional cup of coffee though and it’s like a treat now.
