Losing 40 lbs in 404 days
Since I started my official weight loss program on Tuesday, September 23, 2008 and I want to lose 40 lbs by April 2009, I’ve created my own challenge: Losing 40 lbs in 180 days (the number of days from my first weigh-in to the last day in March 2009). I originally set my goal base on a 2 lb/week loss but I didn’t account for slip ups or plateaus. In any case, just by changing my goal by 3 weeks and and 6 lbs, I think I will be guaranteed the results I want in the time frame I have chosen.
