How I did it: Simple - just found out when he was coming next to my city, found a friend to go with, bought tickets on ticketmaster, and made a night of it! It just happened that he was coming to my town, if he wasn't, that would obviously have made this goal harder. Read how I did it…
I’ve slowly gained about 20 lbs since high school – and even then I had wanted to be thinner! I once lost weight in college by eating a salad before the main dish of every meal and eating a healthy complete breakfast everyday. This is much harder when I’m working full-time now, but I’m going to try to improve my diet, which is most of the problem. I don’t drink soda, but my daily food intake is pretty bad, it’s amazing I only gained 20 lbs!
Typical day: Breakfast: coffee, donut/pastry, granola bar. Lunch/Dinner: pasta, chicken salad sandwich, burger, fries, chicken strips, take-out
Seriously. My diet is pretty bad. But food is so good!! headdesk
