I’ve lost 7.5 lbs yay for me :)
workout wise I’ve been going for about an hour and a half everyday including saturday and I’m going to go for a run today
cardio, cardio, cardio…. that’s how you burn the fat
well good luck to everyone else, I seem to be the only one posting but hey it’s good motivation and I’ll keep posting until I reach my first goal of 110lbs
