I ran 4.5 miles today, my first anything over 3.1 without stopping at all! Yay! ok, next I wanna shoot for 5 miles non-stop, maybe after doing another few 4 mile-4.5 miles though… (: kk more later

How I did it: I just called and hung out with my friends instead of sleeping or something totally useless. All you have to do is be yourself, and if they don't accept you for who you are then heck with it.(unless your doing something stupid, horrible, or just flat out annoying...) I'm sorry but I do hope this helps somebody, oh and don't be that quiet one in the back, I can never remember those peoples names... lolbtw, i have noooo idea what to do with… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I cleaned up my room, huge 2 day task.then every time I made a little mess, I cleaned it up asap. I love the feeling of running when you first start out, I feel so powerful, happy, kinda like I could fly. So I’m on the cross country team at my school, but it’s in the morning, and I hate getting up.(who doesn’t?) Anyway I’m going to go on a less-fried/sugary foods diet(sorta diet, not really though) to keep my energy up high, and I just feel better when I haven’t had anything too sugary in the last few days. But it’s almost impossible for me to eat apples, so it’s gonna be a weird group of foods, lol. Wish me luck!
I tried, actually a few times, but when ever I make the sushi rice it doesn’t get sticky :( apparently I need a different type of kelp or something and put that in the pot when I’m cooking it… The rice still tasted really good though, I just had that mixed with some chicken, so not a total waist I guess :)
