now that i have the proper dress form, the first task is adjusting it to my measurements. the first sewing project i am going to do will be to replicate one of my favorite summer dresses that is falling apart. but i have to find it, where ever it is, and make a pattern of it, and be sure that i use similar type fabric.

How I did it: I had a lot of different struggles over the years that I was in school, but I didn't give up, and I just kept going, even though it would be frustrating to hit a wall, but somehow I came out with a career at the end. I guess perseverance is a virtue. Read how I did it…
How I did it: It is hard to quit smoking if you tell yourself that it's going to be forever. If you tell yourself you are doing it for a little while, or just "for now", it makes it easier. That's what I do, and it helps me to keep from starting up so fast. I figure each day before I start again is something I can be proud of, but maybe I'll never quit forever. And that's okay. Sometimes I can stay completely quit for over a year doing it this way. Read how I did it…
well, i reorganized my whole studio yesterday so as to be more conducive to music, painting and hanging out. took about four hours, and it looks super awesome now. totally should have taken before/after pictures. can’t wait to finish the painting i’m working on to get started on a new one.
