I went over spring break. We flew into Shannon, spent a night in Adare, then spent two nights in Killarney (did ring of kerry), spent three in Kilkenny (awesome town, definately do the castle), and three in Enfield (outside of Dublin, we only did it because we got free nights at the Marriott). It’s absolutely beautiful there.
